Job summary

Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai is seeking a Guest Services ambassador as an F&B Waiter/ress. You will deliver prompt, courteous service on the front line across all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operation.

You will know the menus, beverages, and facilities, work with all departments, and continuously develop hospitality skills to exceed guest expectations while maintaining a safe, hygienic work area and protecting guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
• Passion for excellent service

• English speaking

Responsibilities

• Work as a team within all departments, ensuring the timely and efficient operation of the food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by the resort.
• Continuously develop professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work area and uphold the privacy rights of guests.
