Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a proactive F&B Supervisor to oversee daily service and guest satisfaction across venues. You will coordinate the team during events, handle guest requests with professionalism, and maintain hygiene and service standards.

Experience in Banqueting/Events is highly encouraged, with strong English communication and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility for shifts and overtime is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Banqueting / Events experience is highly encouraged.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and presentable.
• Knowledge of Micros/POS is an advantage.
• Flexible with working hours, locations, and overtime based on business requirements.
• Basic Food Hygiene/HACCP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B service and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate and support the team during events and operations.
• Handle guest requests, recommendations, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper hygiene, grooming, food safety, and service standards.
• Assist with event setup, logistics, inventory, and equipment.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle POS/cashiering duties when required.
• Conduct team briefings and support junior team members.
