Job summary

A prominent hospitality group in Sharjah is seeking an experienced F&B Cost Controller. This role involves managing food and beverage costs to ensure profitability, preparing financial reports, and conducting inventory reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in finance or accounting within the F&B industry and hold a Master's degree in a relevant field. Skills in SAPAAD and D365 are advantageous. Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and the F&B industry.
  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional course is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports on purchases, COGS, and stock.
  • Coordinate with F&B operations for accurate inventory management.
  • Conduct month-end inventory reconciliations.
