Qualifications

• Must be able to train, coach, mentor colleagues.
• Ability to handle cash and good cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Report any theft or misuse immediately to a manager or supervisor.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Team Leader.
• Identify and meet customer needs, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products or information.
• Meet all reasonable customer needs within specified time frames.
• Recognise customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action according to procedures.
• Assist colleagues when required to meet work goals.
• Demonstrate trust and respect towards team members in daily activities.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to Company Grooming & Presentation Standards.
