Job summary

EY Dubai Consulting Graduate Program is designed to develop your consulting skills through mentorship and hands-on client work. You will join diverse project teams, analyze client data, and conduct client interviews to identify actionable solutions, gaining insights and building a strong professional network.

You will participate in structured coaching and training, leveraging EY’s global resources to accelerate your career, while contributing to projects that shape organizations and communities

Qualifications

• Proficient in Arabic and English language skills.

• Nationals will only be considered.
• Willing to travel across MENA most of the time.
