Job summary

Jing Hau in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures according to blueprints and specifications.

You will operate MIG, TIG, and arc welders, read drawings, and ensure weld quality while following safety procedures. This is a full-time role with at least 2 years of welding experience; accommodation is not provided; nationality preferred as Malayalee; English proficiency is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding methods.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using various tools.
• Operate welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct repairs on damaged metal parts using appropriate techniques.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
