Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a reliable Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for employer, family members, staff, or company personnel in Dubai. The role requires excellent knowledge of local routes, strong driving skills, and a high level of responsibility.

The successful candidate will maintain the vehicle in top condition, follow UAE traffic laws, ensure passenger safety at all times, and be flexible with hours, including weekends if required.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving and navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic rules.
• Time management and punctuality.
• Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.
• Familiar with local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Experience driving for a private residence or company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employer, family members, staff, or company personnel to designated locations
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per schedule
• Plan routes in advance to avoid delays and traffic congestion
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and excellent working condition
• Conduct regular checks on fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, and lights
• Arrange vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections as required
• Ensure vehicle insurance, registration, and other documents are valid and up to date
