Job summary

ConFlip in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an experienced nurse to provide high-level patient care and administer medications, treatments, and therapies. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient interaction, and strong communication with physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid credentials, and have at least two years of experience in clinical nursing. Immigrant applicants meeting all requirements are welcome.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or related healthcare field.
Valid nursing credentials from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, executing and evaluating care plans for patients.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Monitoring patient vital signs such as temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate and blood pressure.
Providing timely feedback to physicians on patient’s condition.
Instructing patients on proper healthcare methods and techniques.
Maintaining accurate medical records of patients’ progress during treatment.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
