Job summary

Seventy Gents Salon in Ajman is seeking an experienced barber for full-time, on-site work at the Al Yasmeen location. You will perform fades, tapers, beard work, shaving, and styling, while consulting clients and maintaining high hygiene standards.

Schedule alignment with the salon team follows operating hours from 9:00 AM to midnight. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable barbering experience, reside in the UAE, and be able to obtain a UAE work permit and residence visa.

Job description

Provide professional men's haircuts, fades and tapers; beard trimming and shaping; razor shaving; and styling for African and varied hair textures. Consult clients, recommend suitable styles, deliver consistent customer service, maintain strict hygiene and tool sanitation, and manage your own completed services responsibly. This is a full-time, on-site role at Seventy Gents Salon in Al Yasmeen, Ajman. Work schedules are agreed with the salon team within the salon's operating hours of 9:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of verifiable men's barbering experience. Must currently reside in the UAE and be willing to work in Ajman. Strong practical skills in fades, tapers, beard work, razor shaving and African hair are required. Applicants must provide recent photos, videos or portfolio links showing their work, confirm availability to start, and be legally eligible for a UAE work permit and residence visa. Compensation choice: (A) fixed salary up to AED 2,000 per month, with accommodation, employment visa and residence provided; food is paid by the employee; or (B) 40% commission on personally completed paid services, with accommodation, employment visa and residence provided, and AED 300 per month deducted for food.
