Job summary

REAPHR invites applications for an experienced Mason to join our construction and facilities maintenance client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves brick, stone, and concrete masonry, following blueprints and safety guidelines.

Candidates should be able to handle power tools and manual masonry work while maintaining quality craftsmanship. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, physical fitness for lifting and long hours, and willingness to work outdoors at varying sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Mason
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling masonry materials with accuracy
• Familiarity with masonry tools, machines, and material handling techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various positions

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and install bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other materials according to specifications
• Construct walls, floors, foundations, arches, and other structures made of stone, brick, and concrete
• Mix, pour, and spread mortar or other materials to bind masonry units together
• Ensure the proper alignment and leveling of structures during construction
• Repair and replace damaged masonry structures
• Work from blueprints, drawings, or instructions provided by supervisors
• Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, drills, and grinders
• Maintain work area cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with site supervisors, other construction workers, and team members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain and care for masonry tools and equipment
