Job summary

Workato in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least three years of hands-on machine experience, strong manual dexterity, and good English communication.

Training in safety is required, and overtime may be available. Responsibilities include following instructions, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring strict safety compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• At least three years’ experience operating machines.
• Willingness to take safety training courses.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Physically fit.
• Willingness to accept immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery according to instructions provided.
• Monitor the production process and adjust accordingly.
• Understand safe operation of machines/equipment.
• Maintain safety regulations at all times.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines/equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.
