Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a qualified HSE Officer with solid experience in MEP or construction projects. The candidate must have at least 5 years of HSE experience and a NEBOSH IGC certification. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and conducting site inspections. Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.
• Prepare and implement Risk Assessments and safety systems.
• Conduct daily site inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Lead Toolbox Talks and safety inductions.
• Maintain incident reports and safety statistics.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors on HSE plans.
• Ensure availability and inspection of emergency equipment.
• Prepare reports and participate in HSE audits.
• Promote a safety-first culture.
