The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in construction excavation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating an excavator in a construction environment
• Ability to read plans/drawings to determine excavation requirements
• Knowledge of different types of soil, rocks, etc. in order to determine the best methods for excavation
• Ability to understand and follow safety regulations when operating the excavator
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong verbal communication skills
