Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Crane Operator in Abu Dhabi for a contract role. The position requires safe crane operation, pre-checks, and clear communication with ground crew, with competitive monthly pay and UAE-compliant benefits.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of crane experience, a biometric passport if not Indian, and the ability to read safety manuals and load charts. English fluency and physical fitness are essential for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of crane operator experience in construction or industrial setting.
• Valid biometric passport (if not Indian national).
• Good command of English for team communication.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and load charts.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to job orders and safety regulations
• Perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
• Follow proper lifting procedures and rigging techniques to ensure safe movement of materials
• Communicate with ground crew and signalers to coordinate movements of materials
• Complete daily logs and reports accurately, including maintenance records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
