Job summary

ConFlip in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Carpenter to install and repair wooden components such as doors, windows, stairs and cabinets.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints, operate power and hand tools, work independently or with a team, and maintain high quality while meeting tight schedules. We offer a monthly salary of 1,700 AED plus performance bonuses, health insurance, vacation days, end-of-service benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in carpentry.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiar with operation of power tools and hand tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Physically fit to perform demanding tasks like lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work with foreign customers is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair wooden components such as doors, windows, stairs and cabinets.
• Utilize power and hand tools to complete carpentry tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
