Job summary

RAI in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Experienced Associate – Audit & Assurance to join our growing Audit team.

You will support audit engagements, collect and analyze financial and non-financial data, and help draft working papers and audit reports under senior supervision. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with client teams to ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with client-facing teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak audit periods.
• Experience in report writing and review.
• Strong data collection, compilation, and analysis skills.
• Ability to prepare, organize, and validate data in required formats.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Understanding of audit tools, systems, and processes.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in external audit
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to translate documents is an advantage
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
