Job summary

A global provider of legal information is seeking an Executive Support & Sales Operations Manager to assist the MENA CEO and sales team. This role involves high-level executive assistance, sales operations analytics, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong organizational and analytical skills, along with a proven background in executive support or sales operations. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive support and/or sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• English fluency is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience working in a multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MENA CEO’s calendar and logistics for meetings.
• Process and validate sales orders with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments.
