Qualifications

  • Experience in various kitchen operations including restaurant buffet banquet lounge.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
  • Approaches food in a creative way.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to menu creation.
  • Manage and train the kitchen brigade effectively.
  • Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing customer relations.
  • Ensure resources meet business needs through effective management of working rotas.
  • Support brand standards through team training and assessment.
  • Manage food cost controls to contribute to revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
