Senior Delivery Consultant - Executive Search

About the Role The Senior Delivery Consultant -Search supports consultants by identifying, engaging and qualifying high quality candidates. This role is key to delivering a fast, accurate and positive recruitment process for both candidates and clients. You will build strong talent pipelines, drive consistent communication and ensure an excellent experience from first contact to placement.

Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, networking and market mapping.
  • Write and post effective job adverts that attract relevant candidates.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist profiles and schedule interviews with consultants.
  • Engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and market mapping.
  • Maintain strong communication to keep candidates warm, informed and engaged.
Candidate Experience Management
  • Deliver a professional, respectful and transparent journey for every candidate.
  • Provide timely updates on interviews, feedback and next steps.
  • Set clear expectations around timelines, role requirements and process stages.
  • Support candidates with preparation, answering queries and addressing concerns.
  • Protect the reputation of Aventus through consistent, high quality interaction.
Deep Candidate Qualification and Expectation Management
  • Conduct structured qualification calls that uncover skills, experience and technical capabilities.
  • Explore motivations, cultural fit, working preferences and long term ambitions.
  • Manage expectations across salary, bonuses, benefits, notice periods, relocation and hybrid arrangements.
  • Verify current salary, expected salary and flexibility to ensure alignment with client budgets.
  • Identify risks early such as counteroffers, competing processes or visa constraints.
  • Prepare clear and detailed candidate summaries to support strong shortlists.
Candidate Administration and Process Support
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule calls and manage all confirmations and follow ups.
  • Collect required documents, references and compliance information.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate notes, status changes and activity logs.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal processes and data protection standards.
Market Research and Talent Mapping
  • Build targeted talent maps across job functions, industries and geographies.
  • Support long list and short list creation for retained, senior and confidential mandates.
  • Monitor competitor hiring trends, talent movement and market activity.
Collaboration and Delivery
  • Work closely with consultants to understand role requirements, delivery targets and client priorities.
  • Ensure fast turnaround on CV submissions and interview coordination.
  • Provide administrative support such as CV formatting and documentation preparation.
  • Contribute to team productivity, placements and overall revenue performance.
