Job summary

Shamal Holding, a Dubai‑based luxury group, seeks an Executive – Customer Experience to manage the full lifecycle of guest and owner engagement across ultra‑luxury developments. You will deliver seamless, personalized experiences for UHNW owners and their representatives, coordinating with multiple teams.

The role demands a polished, detail‑oriented service mindset, strong discretion, and the ability to translate data insights into memorable journeys while maintaining privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Certifications in Customer Experience or Luxury Brand Management preferred.
• Experience handling UHNW Owners with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of UAE property, utilities, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for Owners and Representatives and oversee guest experiences.
• Coordinate end-to-end Owner/Buyer interactions with privacy and discretion.
• Maintain accurate Owner records and capture preferences from data insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet Owner requests and schedules.
• Liaise with external agencies and global service partners to ensure service delivery.
• Map and refine key Owner journey moments and opportunities for engagement.
• Attend site meetings, walkthroughs, and support on-site presence as needed.
