Responsibilities

• Translate business and technology strategy into clear, outcome-driven execution priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, HR, and PMO.
• Establish an executive-level view of performance and synthesize inputs for leadership decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management with a focus on value delivery.
• Oversee headcount planning, vendor spend alignment, and resource optimization.
