The role focuses on closing complex enterprise healthcare deals involving clinicians, hospital leadership, procurement, and compliance, while acting as both a commercial leader and a trusted clinical partner who translates advanced genetic and Digital Twin technology into tangible hospital value.

The organization partners directly with hospitals and health systems to integrate patient data into intelligent clinical models that support diagnostics, treatment planning, and personalized care. Backed by strong scientific expertise and a clear clinical mission, the company is focused on building long‑term, enterprise‑level partnerships with healthcare providers, prioritizing clinical credibility, data integrity, and measurable patient impact over transactional sales.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end partnership development with hospitals and health systems, from initial engagement through contract execution and long, complex sales cycles
  • Secure multi‑year agreements covering Digital Twin deployment, diagnostics volumes, and platform integration
  • Build and manage a strong regional hospital pipeline, progressing opportunities through long, complex sales cycles
  • Represent the organization at a senior level with hospital executives, medical directors, and department heads
  • Navigate complex buying committees including clinicians, IT, procurement, legal, compliance, and executive leadership
  • Lead high‑level workshops, presentations, and working sessions to drive education, alignment, and stakeholder buy‑in
  • Build trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders through a strong understanding of human biology, diagnostics, and treatment pathways
  • Act as a bridge between hospital partners and internal product, data, and clinical teams
  • Clearly articulate how genetic data and Digital Twin technology integrate into hospital systems and clinical workflows
  • Support hospital stakeholders in understanding clinical validation, data requirements, and real‑world use cases
  • Partner internally to ensure hospital insights and feedback inform product development and deployment strategy
  • Lead negotiations with hospital procurement and compliance teams
  • Ensure alignment with relevant regulatory, ethical, and data governance standards
  • Manage contracting structures across public and private hospital systems in the region
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience selling into hospitals or integrated health systems
  • Strong background in diagnostics, clinical platforms, medical devices, or healthcare infrastructure
  • Proven track record of closing large, multi‑year enterprise healthcare contracts
  • Deep familiarity with hospital procurement processes, compliance requirements, and clinical validation
  • Experience operating in the Middle East healthcare ecosystem is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles
