44.01 is seeking a senior external representative based in Dubai to build and maintain high-trust relationships with ministries, regulators, partners, and community stakeholders across the UAE and Oman. Qualifications

Skilled at navigating governments, ministries, and government-owned entities.
Credible with local institutions and able to build trust quickly.
Fluent in English and Arabic for external and internal communications.
Comfortable operating in relationship-driven environments and maintaining discretion.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior local representative for 44.01 in the UAE and Oman, building relationships with ministries, regulators, government entities, project partners, customers, and local communities.
Represent 44.01 in high-stakes meetings, site visits, and external events.
Travel between UAE and Oman to be physically present in each market regularly.
Maintain an active stakeholder map and engagement cadence; surface opportunities and risks early.
Coordinate follow-up actions from external meetings and ensure consistent messaging.
Collaborate with Project Delivery to facilitate permitting and support business development discussions.
