Umm-al-Qaiwain is looking for an Executive Chef to join our growing team. We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who is creative and passionate about food. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage a large team and stay on top of all aspects of the kitchen operations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing menus, planning food production requirements, monitoring quality control and sanitation standards, overseeing all staff performance in the kitchen, managing inventory, and developing strategies to increase profitability.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant. A diploma or degree in culinary arts is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential. We are open to considering foreign applicants with relevant experience.

We offer a competitive salary of AED 1300 per month plus benefits package for this position.
