JobLeader is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for a newly established restaurant in Khawr Fakkan. The role will lead the kitchen team, create and execute menu items, and manage food costs to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes.

The ideal candidate holds a culinary degree or equivalent, has 5+ years in kitchen management, strong leadership, and knowledge of international cuisine, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are open to immigrants.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in cooking/culinary arts.
• 5+ years of experience in kitchen management positions.
• Knowledge of international cuisine.
• Excellent management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Develop new recipes as well as modify existing recipes to meet customer demand.
• Manage food costs by monitoring inventory levels and controlling portion sizes.
• Ensure that all meals are prepared according to health regulations.
• Monitor quality of ingredients and finished dishes to ensure they meet standards.
• Work with the front of house staff to ensure customers have a great dining experience.
