Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef for a newly established restaurant in Khawr Fakkan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team and bring your culinary vision to life. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff, creating and executing menu items, developing recipes, and managing food costs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent management skills, a creative approach to cooking, and excellent organizational skills. They should also have experience with international cuisine.

Responsibilities:


- Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
- Develop new recipes as well as modify existing recipes to meet customer demand
- Manage food costs by monitoring inventory levels and controlling portion sizes
- Ensure that all meals are prepared according to health regulations
- Monitor quality of ingredients and finished dishes to ensure they meet standards
- Work with the front of house staff to ensure customers have a great dining experience

Qualifications:

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in cooking/culinary arts
- 5+ years of experience in kitchen management positions
- Knowledge of international cuisine
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1600 AED/month. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.
