Qualifications

• 20+ years of GM experience in catering operations.
• Proven track record of running a commercial catering business.
• Master's Degree.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, and business management for catering services.
• Oversee all aspects of catering operations including strategic and financial planning.
• Manage relationships with the Board of Directors.
• Develop and manage all activities within the organization.
• Set, monitor, and achieve organizational goals.
• Develop new ways to improve catering operations and generate new opportunities.
