The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for Executive Assistant (UAE Nationals), this role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects while developing your skills and gaining valuable industry experience.

The key objectives for this role are:
  • Demonstrates graduate-level understanding of engineering principles, including design methodologies, technical calculations, and industry standards
  • Capable of comprehending, interpreting, and applying complex technical information relevant to the engineering discipline
  • Effectively translates engineering theory into practical applications across project tasks and deliverables
  • Applies standards, processes, and procedures with competence in day-to-day execution of engineering work
  • Possesses sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and relevant legislation impacting engineering projects
  • Executes assigned tasks confidently within their engineering discipline, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and developments within the discipline
  • Interprets technical data to suggest optimized design solutions that enhance functionality and cost-efficiency
  • Recognizes and adheres to internal policies and procedures influencing project and task execution
  • Prepares clear, accurate, and comprehensive written communications, reports, and documentation
  • Demonstrates solid general computer literacy with familiarity in specialist engineering software tools
