Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
• Serve as the main contact for communications related to the Managing Director.
• Compose and refine written communications including reports and presentations.
• Organize materials for team meetings and document meeting proceedings.
• Assist with project management, documentation, and timeline monitoring.
