Job summary

A leading company in structural steel distribution is seeking an Executive Assistant/Secretary to support its executive team in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing calendars, attending meetings to take minutes, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has 2-4 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. Salary ranges from AED 4000 to AED 5000, along with other benefits as per UAE Labor law.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the executives calendar, appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them as needed.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming documents.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives.
  • Organize and maintain both electronic and paper records.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.

Excellent letter drafting and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
