Job Description

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) across multiple time zones (Middle East, Asia Pacific). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive coordination, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment. The EA will act as a key enabler for the CCO, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, projects, and follow‑ups. As a critical strategic partner, this role transcends conventional executive assistance.

The EA will proactively anticipate needs, optimize workflows through innovative AI tools and digital solutions, and provide actionable insights to support the CCO's strategic initiatives. Operating with a high degree of independence and discretion, the EA will be instrumental in navigating complex regional landscapes, fostering robust internal collaboration, and driving commercial success across MEA and APAC.

Calendar & Time Zone Management

  • Proactively manages and optimizes the CCO's calendar with minimal conflicts, and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
  • Anticipate travel and meeting requirements, preparing agendas and briefing packs.

Meeting Preparation & Follow‑Up

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and strategic updates for leadership meetings.
  • Assist in preparing logistics for commercial in‑person leadership meetings
  • Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and drive timely follow‑up with stakeholders.

Project Coordination

  • Support execution of key transversal projects, ensuring milestones are met. Working in tandem with the PMO of Commercial to drive efficiency and share workload.
  • Liaise with internal teams to consolidate updates and elevate risks when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the CCO's office and associated workflows, leveraging innovative tools and AI solutions to optimize efficiency and impact across the commercial team

Research & Insights

  • Utilize Accor’s AI tools and internal platforms to gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and performance insights.
  • Prepare concise summaries and recommendations for decision‑making. Prepare pre‑read materials and discussion points for strategic reviews, ensuring the CCO is fully briefed and prepared for high‑level engagements.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement or strategic opportunities based on research and internal observations, bringing these to the CCO's attention with potential solutions.

Communication & Reporting

  • Draft executive‑level correspondence and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for ongoing initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted liaison, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the CCO's objectives and foster collaboration
  • Ensure alignment and clarity on priorities across regions.

Team & People Support

  • Facilitate onboarding of new direct reports to the CCO, ensuring a smooth integration.li>
  • Support the CCO in managing key leadership processes such as performance review cycles and talent development discussions for her direct reports, ensuring timely preparation and necessary follow
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C‑level executives.
  • Exposure to hospitality or travel industry preferred.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable synthesizing data and insights for executive decision‑making.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Concur, project management tools (e.g., Asana and etc.), and AI‑driven platforms (e.g., Copilot and etc.).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to draft executive‑level documents and presentations.
  • Problem‑solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues, developing solutions, and implementing them efficiently to prevent disruptions.
  • Commercial Awareness: Demonstrates understanding of commercial landscape, business objectives, and key business drivers within the MEA & APAC regions
  • Autonomy & Collaboration: Proven ability to operate with a high degree of independence, taking initiative and ownership of tasks, while also being a strong team player who fosters effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
