ROLE : Executive Assistant

EXPERIENCE : 3-6 years

LOCATION : Dubai

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage daily executive operations: calendars, travel, meetings, notes.
  • Handle client/partner communication: email, WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Support sales workflows: pipeline tracking, proposals, next-step coordination.
  • Create and maintain docs, reports, and decks using Google Workspace.
  • Draft clear communication: emails, summaries, decks, action items.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, research) to boost productivity.
  • Coordinate cross-team deliverables and ensure deadlines are hit.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive info responsibly.
WHAT YOU NEED
