Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive

Location : Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level, strategic, and confidential support to a C-suite executive. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong personality, exceptional judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive 1:1 support to a C-suite executive, managing complex calendars, scheduling, and global travel arrangements
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior leadership, investors, and partners
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Proactively manage an ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate international travel end-to-end (visas, flights, accommodation, itineraries, ground transport)
  • Anticipate conflicts, prioritize meetings, and ensure optimal use of executive time
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups; track action items to completion
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and execution of executive priorities
  • Be available beyond standard working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and during travel, as required
  • Adapt to last-minute changes and shifting priorities with composure and efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite–level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, Chairman, etc.)
  • Proven experience working in high-demand, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong personality with confidence to manage senior stakeholders and push back when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion
