MAIN TASKS

• Oversee Service Operations: Manage scheduling, dispatching, customer service, and coordination of service engineers/technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Plan and Control Projects: Develop detailed plans addressing scope, time, cost, quality, and risk; manage project resources and monitor service reports, HSE documentation, and non‑conformance issues.
• Customer and Communication Management: Act as the primary link between service teams and customers, handle inquiries, schedule visits, provide status updates, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.
• Cross‑Department Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with technical support and global service regions, identify and implement process improvements, and facilitate mobilization/demobilization activities and lessons learned reporting.
• Reporting and Administration: Order and dispatch spare parts upon request, maintain comprehensive service records, and provide regular progress and cost reports to management.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Service Coordination experience or aspiring for such a challenge.
• Technical education in relevant fields. Extensive work experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
• Knowledge of, or interest in maritime operations and products.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (AXAPTA is an advantage) and MS Excel and file sharing tools.
• Work experience from commercial and customer‑oriented roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
