Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with dashboards or analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an added advantage.
Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in institutional excellence, quality assurance, or performance management.
  • Familiarity with excellence frameworks such as EFQM, Dubai/Northern Emirates Government Excellence Programs, or higher education accreditation bodies.
Responsibilities Excellence Frameworks & Standards
  • Support the implementation of excellence models (e.g., UAE Government Excellence, EFQM, or institutional frameworks).
  • Assist departments in preparing submissions for excellence awards and evaluations.
  • Align internal processes with national and international excellence benchmarks.
Quality & Performance Enhancement
  • Conduct performance assessments and gap analyses.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
  • Support accreditation and compliance audits when required.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Develop excellence-related reports, scorecards, and evidence portfolios.
  • Maintain documentation required for excellence evaluations and awards.
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials for committees and leadership.
Capacity Building & Awareness
  • Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Guide departments in process mapping, improvement methodologies, and self-assessment tools.
  • Facilitate internal assessments and mock evaluations.
Other Duties
  • Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
