Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join the team. The role requires operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and load materials on-site, with a minimum of two years’ experience. A valid UAE driver’s license and visa for Malayalees are essential, and English communication is required.

This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi. Salary starts at $1,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction or similar environment.
• Must have a valid UAE driver's license and visa for Malayalees.
• Ability to operate hydraulic, mini and crawler excavators.
• Physically fit with strong hand–eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of mechanical functions of heavy equipment is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; Malayalam proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times.
• Perform pre-operational checks and report defects or malfunctions.
• Dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials with the excavator.
• Ensure proper grading and sloping of excavation areas.
• Coordinate with the ground crew to ensure safe equipment movement on site.
• May work evenings or weekends depending on project deadlines.
