Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, results‑driven, and dynamic Events Manager to oversee the complete execution of our year‑round Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and functional fitness series. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of multiple scheduled events, ensuring exceptional execution, strict adherence to budget, and an outstanding experience for every participant.

This role requires a proactive leader and an exceptional communicator who can manage a small operational team, coordinate multiple departments, and drive events to successful completion on a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities
Event Execution & Logistics
  • Manage end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of all scheduled OCR events throughout the year.
  • Develop and manage detailed event timelines, production schedules, and running orders, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Oversee all on‑site operations, including festival area setup, vendor relations, venue management, entertainment scheduling, and prize‑giving ceremonies.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance requirements are secured in advance of each event.
Financial & Budget Management
  • Strictly manage the event budget, tracking expenses, and seeking opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising event quality.
  • Provide detailed post‑event financial reporting and analysis.
Team & Staff Management
  • Ensure each event is fully staffed by coordinating the recruitment, scheduling, and management of the core operational team, contractors, and volunteers.
  • Lead pre‑event briefings to ensure all departments (e.g., medical safety, course crew, registration, festival crew) are aligned on the event running order and their specific responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performance environment, ensuring clear communication across all teams.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as an excellent communicator, managing expectations and updates with internal stakeholders, partners, vendors, and venue contacts.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sponsorship teams to ensure their event‑day needs are successfully integrated into the operational plan.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of comprehensive event documentation, including race‑day program, race‑day reports, and briefing notes.
Safety & Consumer Experience
  • Prioritize participant and staff safety, ensuring all safety protocols and risk assessments are strictly adhered to.
  • Focus relentlessly on delivering a great day and a high‑quality experience for all consumers, ensuring smooth event flow and effective resolution of any on‑site issues.
  • Gather and analyze post‑event feedback to implement continuous improvements for future races.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (5 years) as an Event Manager within a sports endurance or multi‑site event environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with a track record of adhering to and managing event budgets.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing small teams and a large pool of temporary staff/volunteers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.
Marketing & Influencer Management

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in client servicing, influencer management, or account management within media advertising or marketing.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid‑to senior‑level marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing role.
  • Previous client‑facing experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with the MENA gaming ecosystem (PC & console) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Energetic, proactive, and creative mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop pitch and execute compelling influencer partnership proposals for regional and global brands.
  • Lead end‑to‑end influencer campaign management from strategy and ideation to execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients, influencers, and internal sales/client servicing teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Maintain and expand our influencer database, identifying emerging talent across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook).
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare actionable insights, and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the talent division to support growth, mentor junior team members, and elevate overall team capability.
  • Lead brainstorming and planning sessions to develop innovative campaign angles and content strategies.
  • Uphold strong relationships with internal departments to ensure consistent service quality and representation for brands and influencers.
