A leading event management firm in Fujairah is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee the full event lifecycle. You will plan and execute events, manage logistics and budgets, and ensure alignment with the organization’s brand. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in event coordination, is fluent in both English and Arabic, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires a customer-service mindset and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for developing original event concepts and managing the full event lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and post-event evaluation. You will ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s brand and communication goals.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute events end-to-end, from concept development to post-event evaluation
  • Manage event schedules, logistics, budgets, and contingency planning
  • Oversee on-site operations to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including pricing negotiations
  • Supervise event support staff such as caterers, security, and event assistants
  • Identify and develop partnership and collaboration opportunities
  • Represent the organization in meetings and media engagements when required
  • Ensure all events align with brand identity and communication objectives
  • Prepare event-related presentations, supporting materials, and PR content
