A leading transportation company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Performance Analyst for its EVCI & H2 operations. The role involves conducting market research, performance management, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in the EV industry. Strong analytical skills and project management experience are essential, coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in engineering/technical services, with 4 years in EV or EV charging industry.
• Knowledge of EVCI and H2 industry technologies.
• Ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Experience in Project Management or PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive assessments.
• Support budget preparation and review for EVCI & H2 Operations.
• Report on operational and financial performance.
• Coordinate business performance management activities.
