Cubic Art Technologies L.L.C (CATEC) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is hiring a Procurement Specialist to develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee RFQs/RFPs to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements include 2–3 years of UAE procurement experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a valid UAE driving license. Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective purchases.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiate terms and manage contracts to ensure compliance and favorable conditions.
• Process purchase requisitions, RFQs and RFPs for vendors.
• Improve procurement processes to reduce costs and boost supplier performance.
• Monitor budgets and report procurement activities with finance teams.
• Collaborate with QA and inventory teams to ensure quality and stock accuracy.
