Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency and highest quality in food taste, temperature and presentation.
- Help plan and implement creative menus for the hotel’s buffet operation.
- Foster an environment of effective communication.
- Ensure quality and cleanliness at all times.
- Coordinate with Service, Stewarding & Events Team.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness.
