Job summary

Team Fitout Design in Dubai seeks an Estimation Engineer – Civil for fitout projects. 5+ years UAE experience essential, with strong knowledge of fitout materials, methods and industry standards. Proficiency in estimation software such as MS Excel, CostX, Planswift or similar is required.

You will read architectural, structural and MEP drawings, produce accurate estimates, and collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure competitive, on-schedule bids. UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, methods and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software (MS Excel, CostX, Planswift or similar).
