Job summary

DataOne is seeking a Data & ERP Manager to lead the evolution of our ERP platform, strengthen data governance, and develop reliable reporting and analytics across the organization. You will translate operational requirements into ERP configurations and data models, overseeing master data quality and integrations.

Based in Dubai with a permanent, full-time contract, this role requires at least five years in ERP management, strong business process understanding, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ERP management, ERP implementation, or data management.
• Ideally experience within a multi-entity or international environment.
• Proven experience leading at least one complete ERP implementation, migration, or major version upgrade.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their translation into ERP solutions.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the functional and technical ERP roadmap.
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, and testing.
• Lead ERP configuration across modules including finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, projects, and HR.
• Ensure platform availability and performance in production.
• Define master data management rules and data quality controls.
• Design and maintain integrations with other applications.
• Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs; establish a single source of truth.
• Support ERP adoption and provide user training.
