Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A advisory, or private equity.
• Experience running a deal end-to-end, from sourcing to close.
• Strong financial modeling skills to build deal models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition pipeline sourcing, screening, and prioritizing targets.
• Run end-to-end diligence on acquisition targets.
• Structure and negotiate deals including valuation and retention mechanisms.
