Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products in an appealing and organized manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Keep track of product trends and make suggestions for new items or changes in displays.
• Ensure that all products are accurately priced and labeled.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and quantities of products.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked store at all times.
