Job summary

Ecojob in Dubai, UAE seeks an Entry Level Light Driver to safely operate company vehicles and maintain records. You will transport goods and/or passengers across Dubai, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and high safety standards.

The role offers accommodation and opportunities for growth, with training provided. Fluency in English, a valid UAE license, and a willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UAE light vehicle driver's license.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years.
• Previous experience as a light driver is preferred but not required for freshers.
• Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic laws is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required.
• Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport goods and/or passengers to designated locations within Dubai and surrounding areas.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Inspect company vehicles before each trip and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with loading/unloading of goods, answering questions, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
• May be required to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the company.
