Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the library's collection of books, journals, magazines, and other materials.
• Keep track of new acquisitions and ensure they are properly catalogued and shelved.
• Help patrons locate materials and guide on using library resources.
• Monitor lending and returns and record transactions.
• Assist in managing the library budget by tracking expenses and suggesting cost-saving measures.
• Help plan and implement library events such as book clubs or author talks.
• Keep up-to-date with trends in librarianship by attending workshops or conferences.
