Entry-Level Barista

We are hiring a passionate and motivated Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry-Level Barista, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.
• Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Assist in stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
• Learn about different types of coffee beans and their origins
• Participate in training programs to improve barista skills

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
