A leading airport authority in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Engineer – Enterprise Service Management to implement and enhance their IT service management platform, primarily using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge in ITSM practices and the aviation industry. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT service management.
  • Understanding of the Aviation industry and aviation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and IT Asset Management Processes.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enhance IT service management platform (ServiceNow).
  • Integrate BT Service management platform with other systems.
  • Support the deployment of new service management modules.
