Job summary

Client of AIQU is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect based in Ras Al Khaimah to define and drive IT architecture strategy. This role leads governance of enterprise-wide solutions, aligning with business goals, TOGAF methods and long-term roadmaps, across cloud, data and integration domains.

The successful candidate will shape governance frameworks, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and evaluate emerging technologies to drive scalable, secure solutions and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Proven mastery of TOGAF framework and enterprise architecture methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints aligned with business strategy.
• Define IT roadmap and ensure incremental delivery of architecture capabilities.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance standards and policies.

About the Role

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect based in Ras Al Khaimah to define and drive our IT architecture strategy This role will lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices The successful candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in cloud application data and integration architectures underpinned by TOGAF methodology and will shape long-term roadmaps and governance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints and frameworks in alignment with business strategy
• Define and manage the IT roadmap ensuring incremental delivery of architecture capabilities
• Establish and enforce architecture governance standards and policies
• Design and oversee cloud architecture solutions ensuring scalability security and cost optimization
• Architect application data and integration solutions to support business requirements
• Ensure compliance with TOGAF and industry best practices across all architecture domains
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture deliverables
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to drive innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field12 18 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture or related roles
• Proven mastery of TOGAF framework and enterprise architecture methodologies
• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), application architecture, data architecture, and integration patterns
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic IT roadmaps
• Proven experience establishing architecture governance processes and standards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
• TOGAF 9 Certified and additional cloud certifications (AWS Solution Architect, Azure Architect)
• Experience in public sector or utility industries
• Familiarity with cybersecurity architecture principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps toolchains
